Real man size Otamatone is out. Otamatone deluxe is 1.5 times bigger then original Otamatone. Maywa Denki heard out voices and came with this master piece!
With large slide its easier to play with. You can plug in your headphones (some people unaccountable find sound of Otamatone very disturbing), or connect to an you big Marshall amplifier! Playing on Otamatone stays simple as before. Just hold note in two hands and slide along the neck for pitch by one hand, squeeze the mouth by another. For vibrato just shake!
Hurray – Otamatone has own new iPhone & iPad application.
You can play music by touching screen and tilting a device. You can choose color of otamatone as original toy (Black, white, pink, yellow and blue). Apllication can record your performance and save up to 7 track. If you leave Otamatone for a few moments he starts to speak and mimic.
There is also Otamatone Melody mode which contains 11 songs. One of them is Beethoven’s 9th Symphony played by MAYWA DENKI’s president Novumichi Tosa him self.
